La Antiguedad is a new brand from My Father Cigars for 2014. (Spanish for The Antiquity). A super premium cigar created by master blenders Jose "Pepin" Garcia and Jaime Garcia. La Antiguedad cigars are handcrafted in Nicaragua, with the exception of the wrapper, which is an Ecuadoran Rosado Oscuro Habano leaf. The cigars are box pressed and expertly made, which is no surprise given My Father Cigars' reputation for superior quality. The cigars are rolled with a double binder, which aids in construction; one Criollo and one Corojo are used. The blend makes use of only well-aged tobaccos that have undergone a rigorous curing process.
