Return Refund and Exchange Policy

 

We have a 7-day return policy, so you have 5 days from the time you get your item to submit a return request.

Your product must be unused and in the original packing in order to be eligible for a return. The invoice or other evidence of purchase is also required.

They must still be brand-new and in a sellable condition, barring any damage that occurred before you received them.

Prior to shipping, every cigar is examined for damage or flaws. The recommended storage conditions for all cigars are 70°F (21°C) and 70% relative humidity.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Products

Because of COVID 19, we cannot accept cigars that have been smoked or cut to smoke in an unconventional manner. Additionally, things that fall under the category of perishable circumstances won't be accepted. If you have any queries or issues regarding your particular item, do get in touch.

Returning the item, you now own and then making a new purchase for the desired item after the return has been approved is the quickest way to ensure that you get what you want.

 

Refunds

Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and deposit the refund.

Cigars

After trying one cigar, if you are not completely pleased with any Smoke Shack product, you have 30 days to return it for a full credit or refund. If after trying more than one cigar you determine they are not to your taste, you may return them, in which case you will be given credit or a refund for the quantity of cigars returned, less the shipping charges. Only returns with the original cellophane wrapper intact are allowed.

 

Non-Tobacco Products

Any non-tobacco product you buy from Smoke Shack can be returned in its original condition within 30 days after purchase for a full credit or refund if you're not completely satisfied with it.

 

Free advertising items

Any complimentary or promotional items that are damaged must be sent back by the consumer at their expense. Once Smoke Shack gets the item together with the receipt, it will be replaced.
