This La Gloria Cubana Spanish Press Toro is a full bodied 6.5 × 52 box pressed cigar that is hand rolled in the Dominican Republic using traditional Spanish-press techniques. Spain uses a method where freshly rolled cigars are put into wooden trays that hold them under uniform pressure, thus imparting a peculiar square shape, as well as allowing only a slow, even burn. The cigar's construction comprises a Nicaraguan Jalapa wrapper and Mexican San Andrés binder and fillers of Nicaraguan Jalapa, Dominican Piloto Cubano, and Olor with Brazilian Mata Fina. The combination results in rich white pepper, earthy, cedar, and toasty flavor notes, thus providing a complex and mouthwatering flavor when smoked.
