Aganorsa leaf connecticut robusto cigar and Aganorsa tobacco is well-known in the business for its superior quality and likeness to the traditional Cuban flavor and scent.  Eduardo Fernández and his son Max established Aganorsa Leaf in Nicaragua in 1998.  Eduardo traveled to Cuba and assembled a team of former Cubatabaco agronomists with the intention of duplicating the profile of Cuban cigars by developing the unique leaf currently known as Aganorsa tobacco.  Initially, Aganorsa supplied tobacco to Casa Fernández, but in 2018, Eduardo and Max incorporated the Aganorsa moniker into their cigar lines, rebranding the company as Aganorsa Leaf.
