Arturo Fuente Cigars, one of the most storied cigar manufacturers active today, was founded in 1912 by Arturo Fuente, a Cuban immigrant to Florida. The Fuentes family has passed down the brand from generation to generation, and it has grown from a small family operation to one of the world's largest premium cigar manufacturers. Their cigars are widely regarded as some of the best on the market, with a strict quality control and ageing standard that ensures consistency in every blend.
The Flor Fina 8-5-8, part of Arturo Fuente's flagship Gran Reserva series, was created to honor Arturo Fuente, who died at the age of 85. The blend is available in several wrappers, including Natural, Sun Grown, Maduro, and Claro. The Claro edition combines Dominican Republic binder and filler tobaccos with a distinctive Candela wrapper made from Connecticut Shade grown tobacco.
